Guided Storyboard
Build your storyboard from simple information
SceneFlow uses minimal AI only to organise and polish the plan. Core continuity and prompt rules remain deterministic.
1 · Info2 · Text Storyboard3 · Master References4 · Video Prompts
Applies to the primary recurring character detected by SceneFlow. That avatar will not get a separate Character Sheet.
Minimal AI when connected · deterministic fallback if AI is unavailable.
2Text StoryboardReview or edit the storyboard first, then continue to Master References and video prompts.
3Master ReferencesPrepare reusable Character, Prop and Background References only when they materially help continuity.
Master Character Sheet + Prop + BackgroundCharacter, important recurring prop, and reusable background prompts are kept together as Master References.
Generate Video Prompts
Continue directly to the normal SceneFlow Start Frame and Animation prompts. START FRAME remains the exact opening authority.
Avatar Dynamic Quick Plan
Turn a short brief into an avatar-ready storyboard
The selected avatar stays the identity and voice anchor; SceneFlow only organises action, camera and continuity.
Minimal AI when connected · deterministic fallback if AI is unavailable.
Checklist
Storyboard
For Storyboard Standard and Avatar Dynamic, paste a structured scene-by-scene storyboard using the supported labels. Avatar Static Presenter and Avatar Static Podcast use the simplified Avatar Storyboard Builder.
0 scenes
Avatar Storyboard Builder
Build a ready-to-use avatar storyboard from a lipsync script and the selected flow.
Arrange the storyboard strictly by `SCENE 1`, `SCENE 2`, `SCENE 3` and so on. Keep all instructions inside each Scene using `Visual/Action:`, optional `Props/VFX:`, `Camera:`, `Dialogue:`, `On-screen Text:`, `Ending/Transition:` and `Constraints:`. Inside `Visual/Action:`, begin with `Location:` and `Present Character:` or `Present Characters:`; list only actual characters there, use the same exact character names across scenes and dialogue, and describe unnamed crowds/groups as groups. Keep props/VFX as scene content, never characters. For `Camera:`, state the intended opening framing and, when movement matters, its physical path/pace and landing framing; specify a lens/focal length only when it is intentional. Do not create separate GLOBAL, REFERENCE, CHARACTER, BACKGROUND, STYLE or CONTINUITY sections outside the Scene blocks.
Add avatar/voice reference wording to generated prompts. Camera behaviour can be selected below.

Master Character Sheets
Rule-based detection. Each displayed sheet is generated separately.
0 main
For Flow Agent: copy all prompts at once, then generate each sheet as a separate output.
Scene 1
Edit this scene only, then regenerate it without changing other scenes.
Prepared Avatar Reference
For As Reference Person + attire photo only. Generate this single person image first, then use it as the Avatar reference with the selected attire already applied.
Start Frame Prompt
Generate this image only when this card is shown, then use it as the exact Start Frame in Google Flow.
Animation Prompt
Plain text stays editable. Convert to JSON only when needed.

How to Use SceneFlow
A quick workflow for Flow.
1
Choose Workflow
Start from Home and choose a workflow.
2
STEP 1 · Storyboard / Script
Add the required storyboard or lipsync script.
3
STEP 2 · Setup (Optional)
Optional settings can be skipped.
4
STEP 3 · Generate
Generate after the required storyboard is ready.
5
STEP 4 · Prompts
Review, Copy or Convert prompts to JSON.
6
Checklist & Locks
Only required dependencies are locked.
7
Film Look
Adaptive cinematography is added only where it fits the workflow.
8
Optional Groq AI
Enter your own Groq API key on Home, optionally tick Remember, then press Connect. SceneFlow automatically selects a supported Groq Free Plan text model.
9
Review Before Apply
AI suggestions never overwrite your text automatically.
Need JSON? Edit the plain prompt first, then use Convert to JSON.
Reference note: SceneFlow avoids public-figure identification wording, but Flow may still block a reference that actually depicts or strongly matches a prominent person.
AI is optional. SceneFlow never bundles your Groq API key. Without Remember, the key stays only for the browser session; Free Plan limits still apply.
Film Look is adaptive: it enriches Storyboard Standard and Avatar Dynamic scene prompts, while Character Sheets, Background References, Prepared Avatar Reference, Avatar Static Presenter and Avatar Static Podcast keep their purpose-specific neutral/stable behaviour.
